Meet the CEP team

CEP is a small family-run business that is structured as follows:

Executive Director - Chris R. Hagle, MBA

Chris Hagle brings over two decades of experience in nonprofit management to CEP. With an MBA, Chris has also pursued his passion for environmental education as a self-employed educator. His deep commitment to conservation, particularly water conservation, aligns perfectly with CEP's mission.

Education Facilitator - Holly N. Renwick Hagle, PhD 

Dr. Hagle is a seasoned researcher and educator with over 25 years of experience. She has secured numerous grants and mentored 20+ doctoral students. Her expertise lies in implementation science, prevention science, and mixed-methods research in mental health and substance use. Dr. Hagle holds a PhD in Leadership Administration and Education, an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction, and a B.A. in Psychology.

Program Manager - Hannah P. Hagle, AA Degree, Human Studies

Ms. Hagle has over five years of experience providing research and logistical support to various organizations. Ms. Hagle contributes to the planning, logistical development, research, design, and administration of educational programs.

Assistant to the Executive Team - Buford Unia Davis Hagle (aka Buddy)

Buddy Hagle has five years of experience bringing joy, love, and enthusiasm to all of the CEP team.
